WATCH: Ukraine ambassador to UN confronts his Russian counterpart at Security Council

Addressing his Russian counterpart, Ukraine's ambassador to UN Sergiy Kyslytsya said: "You declared a war. It is the responsbiltiy of this body to stop the war."
