Jim Cramer and Jeff Marks say they like energy and health care names right now because of the buybacks and dividends. They lay out a list of stocks that can withstand the possibility of a recession and also are looking at financials after the Federal Reserve hiked its benchmark interest rate on Wednesday by three-quarters of a percentage point.
