Tough day ahead for G-20 ministers as they check compliance with climate targets, Dutch minister says

Rob Jetten, Dutch minister for climate and energy, said Russia's invasion of Ukraine has made climate negotiations more difficult. Climate ministers in the Group of 20 countries are in Bali to monitor if there has been progress in reducing CO2 emissions.
