U.S. kept Taiwan out of IPEF as its membership may have prevented others from joining: Law Firm

Clete Willems, partner at Akin Gump and former member of the U.S. National Economic Council, says the United States would be "absolutely fine" having Taiwan as a member of the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework, but many countries that are part of the framework are "very closely linked" with China when it comes to supply chains.
