Micron announces historic multibillion dollar deal for manufacturing facility in New York State

Semiconductor maker Micron announced a historic multi-billion dollar deal to build a new manufacturing facility in New York State today. The company says it’s planning to invest $100 billion in the next 20 years. CNBC's Kristina Partsinevelos joins Shep Smith to report.
