SEC Chair Gary Gensler joins 'Squawk on the Street' to discuss the agency's lawsuit against crypto exchange Coinbase in New York federal court this morning, which comes on the heels of the SEC filing 13 charges Monday against Binance, the operator of the largest crypto asset trading platform in the world, and its founder Changpeng Zhao.
