The UK wants to be a strong voice for free trade, Deputy PM Dowden says

U.K. Deputy Prime Minister Oliver Dowden says it is "essential" that the U.K. engages with countries in the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership, and called for collaboration so "we can build the prosperity for the next generation."
