Massive fire kills 73 people in Johannesburg, South Africa

A federally owned building in Johannesburg, South Africa caught fire Thursday, killing 73 people and injuring at least 55. The five-story building had been used as a makeshift residence for more than 200 occupants. The police commissioner is now urging officials to address the 700 abandoned buildings around central Johannesburg.
