What if Interest Rates Have Peaked?

Ariel Investments' John Rogers may have called it in January. The venerated investor with a 40-year history of outperforming benchmark indexes said the U.S. economy would avoid a recession this year and the stock market would post a 10% gain. He's well on his way to being 100% correct, as news of flattening inflation has sparked a new rally and a consensus that interest rates are headed lower.  

Rogers shares the sectors and even individual companies he thinks stand to benefit from such an environment.
