NATO head says the U.S. won't withdraw from alliance: It makes them 'stronger'

Speaking at the Munich Security Conference, Jens Stoltenberg, secretary general of NATO, tells CNBC's Silvia Amaro that regardless of the outcome of the U.S. election, he expects the country to remain a "staunch" ally of the allaince.
