Korean investors looking at elections and May "value up" update: Morgan Stanley

Morgan Stanley's Joon Seok says the Korean "value up" program needs to be continuously pushed to boost the equity market, adding there are sub-sectors in tech, banks, industrials that will benefit from the reforms.
