Look at the Latin American banks, counsels Tim Seymour. Check out Banco Itau (ITU) or Banco Bradesco (BBD). Or you can look at Bancolombia (CIB). And,if you want to play it another way, check out Vale (RIO) and Petrobras (PBR) for commodities.
