Prostitutes are using Twitter to grow their business and that's got Congress eager to learn more, according to a report by TheStreet.com.
There are more than 1,000 individual profiles on the social site that advertise sexual services, according to the report. Such profiles seem to breach Twitter's terms of service, which prohibits "any unlawful purposes or in furtherance of illegal activities."

According to the report, Twitter declined to comment. But Rep. Chris Smith, R-N.J., has a lot more to say.
"I'm going to look at putting together a hearing to focus on Twitter," Smith told TheStreet.com. "We'll look to do a hearing very soon."
