Srikumar Rao is the author of "Happiness at Work: Be Resilient, Motivated, and Successful—No Matter What" and "Are You Ready to Succeed? Unconventional Strategies to Achieving Personal Mastery in Business and Life." He is also creator of the popular course Creativity and Personal Mastery. He helps entrepreneurs cope with internal struggles to lead them to external success. A former professor at Columbia Business School, Rao has been a consultant to RCA, Reuters and Citigroup.
