New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady released a limited edition "nutrition manual" online on Wednesday and it's already sold out
The athlete's cookbook features 89 seasonal recipes — including avocado ice cream — and information about his nutrition plan. The manual costs $200 and features laser etched wood covers. It's bound using screws so that recipes and other material can be added.
While the initial print of Brady's manual sold out, pre-orders made by May 7 will be shipped in early June.
This isn't the first time that Brady has released information about his food regiment. Back in January, Allen Campbell, the personal chef for Brady and his wife, Giselle, revealed the couple's dietary habits — 80 percent vegetables.
Representatives from Brady's online store did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment.
