The British people will vote Thursday on whether the U.K. should stay in or leave the European Union. How can investors trade the big vote?
Using Kensho, a quantitative tool used by hedge funds, we screened for the historically top-performing British stocks that trade in the U.S. the day after recent news events (polls, speeches, election results, etc.) leaned toward a Brexit. We then did the same search for performers after news events which hinted at a remain win.
