White House takes questions about ex-Trump aide accused of domestic abuse

The White House briefed reporters Monday after the release of the Trump administration's budget and infrastructure proposals.

But most of the questions focused on ex-staff secretary Rob Porter, who stepped down after domestic abuse accusations.
