Buy the 'dividend aristocrats' as markets trade wildly, Credit Suisse says

Investors should focus on companies that have consistently grown their dividend in this turbulent time for the market, according to Credit Suisse.

The companies to focus on — those that the bank called "dividend aristocrats" in a note to clients — are those that have boosted their dividends in each of the last 10 years.

Credit Suisse identified more than 20 stocks that fit the bill, including 17 U.S. names.
