Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Tuesday: CFRA initiated DoorDash as sell CFRA initiated the delivery food company and said that coronavirus trends were "unsustainable." "While orders have accelerated and take rates have improved amid the pandemic, we think trends are likely unsustainable and see risks to both key metrics. We see tougher comparisons ahead as well as pent up demand for consumers to eat out once a vaccine becomes mainstream. Also, market share gains will be tougher to come by now that DASH has accumulated a 50% share of the market." Citi downgraded Nio to neutral from buy Citi downgraded the China electric vehicle company on concerns that it wasn't a serious challenger to Tesla right now. "We expect a potential re-rating if the company posts a sharp month over month recovery in Mar-21 or if the company's software earnings exhibit a strong margin upward trend. ET7 is good but not enough to make any critical changes from Tesla's challenge: Nio unveiled its first sedan model, the ET7, at its Nio Day event on 9th Jan. ET7 will hit stores in 2022E." Morgan Stanley upgraded Aflac to overweight from equal weight Morgan Stanley upgraded the insurance company and said it was an "undervalued" coronavirus "recovery" stock. "The migration toward cash flow generation as a tangible measure of shareholder value creation in the life insurance space is set to accelerate, in our view. Aflac stands out to us as the leading undervalued cash flow return story in the industry, and we are raising our rating to Overweight." UBS upgraded Wells Fargo to buy from neutral UBS upgraded the banking giant and named it a top pick and said the company's "weakness could turn into investment positives." " Wells Fargo is now our top pick. While sharply off lows, Wells Fargo remains a sizable multiyear underperformer, yielding negative returns of 20% since the sales scandal in Sep 2016, underperforming our coverage by a staggering 95 percentage points. However, the company's weaknesses could turn into investment positives. In fact, even modest improvements in efficiency and slight reductions to loan loss reserves yield outsized earnings benefits." Truist initiated SolarEdge as buy Truist initiated the solar company as buy and said it was bullish on the company's "long-term growth prospects." " SEDG is a leading player in the solar power market and the largest inverter manufacturer worldwide. We hold a favorable view of the company's long-term growth prospects on growth in global solar deployments and positioning in commercial and international markets. While the company faces some near-term headwinds as a result of slower demand recovery in commercial markets from COVID disruption, we view these risks as transitory." DA Davidson upgraded CyberArk to buy from neutral DA Davidson upgraded the cyber security company and said CyberArk would be a beneficiary of businesses spending on security solutions in the wake of the SolarWinds cyber incident. "We believe demand for CyberArk' s solutions is inflecting, partially driven by the recent SolarWinds attack. CIOs at most organizations are re-prioritizing their spending in order to avoid becoming the next victim in this type of attack, and focusing spending on privileged access management solutions." Bank of America upgraded Charles Schwab to buy from neutral Bank of America upgraded the multinational financial services company and said the outlook was "attractive." "We upgrade SCHW to Buy from Neutral given strong core business trends & org growth, deal synergies ahead, and longer-term rate upside. Although SCHW has rallied recently, we believe the outlook is attractive over the next few years as core trends remain healthy, AMTD synergies are fully realized." BTIG downgraded Redfin to neutral from buy BTIG downgraded the online housing service mainly on valuation. "While still upbeat on the fundamental outlook for RDFN , expectations are high and valuation has moved outside of our comfort zone. We look for an above-guide 4Q with accelerating site traffic and favorable pricing trends, which should drive revenue and gross margin upside."
