Deborah Caldwell

Deborah Caldwell is senior editor for Enterprise, overseeing special reports and projects, features, columns, blogs, and commentary. Prior to CNBC.com, she served as digital director in the Emerging Businesses Division at Reader’s Digest Association and as product director at PEOPLE.com. She also served as executive editor at Wetpaint.com. Caldwell was a founding team member, vice president of content and managing editor at Beliefnet.com, which won numerous awards, including the Online News Association Award for General Excellence and the National Magazine Award for General Excellence Online. Previously, Caldwell was a senior writer at the Dallas Morning News, where she won a Templeton Award for reporting. Her work has been published in books, newspapers, magazines, and online. She is a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the University of Michigan.
