Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway has added another daily newspaper to its growing print empire.

Berkshire's BH Media Group said today it will buy the Tulsa World for an undisclosed amount. The newspaper said it has a 95,000 daily circulation and 133,000 for its Sunday edition.

The World fits the category of community-oriented newspapers Buffett thinks will survive competition from the Internet by providing local news and information not available from other sources. It's been owned by the same family for decades and boasts that for more than 100 years "there has been a symbiotic relationship" between the newspaper and the city.

BH Media will now own 28 dailies, including the Ohama World-Herald in Buffett's home town, along with 40 newspapers published one to three times a week, and other small, locally-oriented publications.
