Stocks are cheap, investor Leon Cooperman told CNBC Wednesday, and he offered a list of 17 stocks he likes to underscore the point.
"The stock market is cheap relative to inflation, it's cheap relative to its own history, it's cheap relative to interest rates," said Cooperman, a hedge fund billionaire and now the chair and CEO of Omega Advisors.
He was formerly the chairman and CEO of Asset Management at Goldman Sachs .
