Frida Polli is an award-winning Harvard + MIT trained neuroscientist turned CEO, and a thought leader on the future of neuroscience, AI, and hiring. She is the CEO and co-founder of pymetrics, a company using neuroscience and AI to help global clients including Unilever and Accenture match candidates with their ideal jobs, while removing bias from the hiring process.
Frida was a predoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School, and a postdoctoral fellow at MIT. She was also a Life Science Fellow at Harvard Business School, where she received her MBA. She has been featured on CNN, CNBC, the Wall Street Journal, Quartz among other outlets, and she is a contributor to Forbes.
