Which sector will be the bad weather winner?

Icy winter weather has chilled every sector of the U.S. economy over the past few months, which has been reflected in underwhelming jobs and retail sales data. According to a CNBC survey of 19 Wall Street pros, thus far the weather has a rough price tag of $50 billion for the economy.

Industrial output was the latest victim; U.S. manufacturing output saw its biggest drop since 2009 as cold weather disrupted production.
