-Hurricane Irma is now headed toward the Dominican Republic after avoiding a direct hit with Puerto Rico. But 1 million people on Puerto Rico have lost power. A hurricane watch is about to go into effect for the Florida Keys. Some of Florida's nuclear power plants could be hit badly by the storm.  And now Hurricane Katia has formed in the Atlantic behind Irma and Hurricane Jose has formed in the Gulf of Mexico.
