Mr. Hamood is a seasoned business executive with a well-established track record, including key leadership roles of CEO, CFO, EVP and President, for several large and global private and public corporations. Mr. Hamood is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Culligan International, a multi-billion-dollar global corporation operating in over 90 countries. Mr. Hamood leads and manages several global teams and functions.
Previous to this role, Mr. Hamood served as the CEO (Acting) and President of ATI Physical Therapy Corporation, one of the nation's largest and fastest growing retail-based healthcare organizations, where he managed nearly 1,000 clinical locations and approximately 8,000 employees. Mr. Hamood has over 25 years of Financial and Executive Leadership level experience for several global and prominent publicly listed companies, including: Change Healthcare, TransUnion, Hewlett Packard (formerly "EDS"), the Walt Disney Company and Deloitte and Touché. He has been instrumental in developing and driving global organic and inorganic strategies and translating those strategies into operational successes. From a capital markets standpoint, he has led these companies through several successful market-making monetization events, including: initial public offerings (IPO, resulting in an $17B MV), secondary equity market offerings, multiple private equity sales processes, merger and acquisition transactions, public-readiness processes and numerous domestic and international capital market events.
Mr. Hamood has solid boardroom experience, including a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman for 2 large for-profit corporations, and the Chairman of the Board for Chicago Run (non-for-profit). He too holds the title of Senior Operations Advisor for Advent International, working across several of their portfolio companies serving as a strategic advisor across a multitude of business issues and strategies.
Mr. Hamood holds a Bachelor of Business Degree in Finance from the University of Iowa, a Law Degree from Southwestern University School of Law (Juris Doctorate & Illinois Bar Admissions) and a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive status). Mr. Hamood was named a "Top 40, under 40" Global Financial Executive.
