Britt Vitalone is the executive vice president and chief financial officer for McKesson Corporation. As CFO, Britt is responsible for overseeing all financial functions for McKesson. He is also a member of McKesson's executive committee and chairman of the Board for ClarusONE Sourcing Services.

Prior to his current role, he served as senior vice president and chief financial officer, U.S. Pharmaceutical and Specialty Health. He also was senior vice president of Corporate Finance and M&A Finance. Britt joined McKesson in 2006 to serve as senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer, McKesson Medical-Surgical.

Prior to McKesson, Britt held a variety of financial leadership positions with GE Financial Assurance, CarMax and Bausch & Lomb.

Britt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College and is a certified public accountant.
