Mr. Collier joined Flex through the acquisition of The Dii Group, Inc., where he held the position of Corporate Controller. Mr. Collier previously worked for KPMG and is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Collier holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
