As Chief Financial Officer, Roman Yakushkin covers global financial, planning and accounting issues of Luxoft. His responsibilities include corporate finance, treasury, financial and management accounting, corporate planning and budgeting, investment analysis, tax accounting, auditing and controlling. He also oversees accounting by local standards in all Luxoft offices and is responsible for the corporate structuring.

Roman joined Luxoft in 2006 and is based in Zug. He has over sixteen years of experience in financial sector. Prior to Luxoft he has held several senior financial positions with a number of leading companies. His experience includes the positions with MTS (Mobile Telesystems), FESCO and Louis Dreyfus.

Roman holds an MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree from INSEAD. He is also a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter holder. He received his university degree in Oriental Studies from the Far Eastern State University.
